POSTAGE & PACKING.

A P&P Charge will be added to your shopping cart at checkout (or on your invoice) dependant on the price of the item ordered. The charges listed below are per item and not for the invoice total.

PAYMENT.

By Cheque (UK Customers only) or by Credit/Debit card via PAYPAL. Payment is with order except by prior arrangement. ALL invoices must be paid within 14 days of invoice date. Any invoice that is not paid will be liable to further costs (not exceeding 5% of total invoice value plus administration charge) and further orders withheld until settlement is received.

DESPATCH.

All orders are treated as urgent and we will despatch titles as soon as possible. Please allow 14 days for delivery. Occasionally orders take longer to complete but we will advise you of any delays as soon as possible.

RETURNS.

We DO NOT accept returns unless the error is on our part. Please ensure you have ordered the correct item using the code in the catalogue.

Prices as per catalogue, P&P as listed above. Payment by Credit/Debit Card via PAYPAL or Sterling cheque drawn on a UK Bank.
